| Friends of Needy Children |
Friends of Needy Children (FNC) is a child focused organization works with/ for most disadvantaged children and young people of Nepal for their rights and welfare. FNC believes that rights are not possible just by making rights holders aware of the rights and empowered to assert it. Delivery of the service provisions and opportunities for the most disadvantaged is also equally important to ensure the rights and just society.
In Nepal , a responsible, accountable and credible civil society organization driven by the need of the most disadvantaged/ underprivileged has a big potential for making wider impact from grassroots to the national levels. Keeping the fact in minds, a group of like minded socially motivated people established FNC as a non-profit social organization in 1996. The intends of this organization are to broaden opportunities and ensure important basic service provisions to the most disadvantaged/ underprivileged children and young people of Nepal so that children and young people entertain their entitled rights.
